Male, born in 1965.06. Graduated from Wuhan University faculty of law in 1989.06; 1987.07-1992.09, worked in Wuhan University Discipline Inspection Commission; 1992.09 until now, teaching in civil and commercial law teaching and research section of Wuhan University Law School. 1995.09-1997.06, studied in Wuhan University Law School class for master of economic law; 1997.09-2002.06, pursued a doctoral degree of international law in Wuhan University Law School during tenure of office; be appointed associate professor in 2000.06, be appointed professor in 2005.10; be selected for the doctoral supervisor in 2006. Now he is the professor of Wuhan University Law School, doctoral supervisor (civil law), executive director of Wuhan University Civil and Commercial Law Research Center, part-time vice chairman of Wuhan University Labor Union, the representative of teachers of the sixth and seventh Wuhan University Teachers’ Congress.
