Male, Han nationality, born in 1969, Zhengning in Gansu Province, taught in Longdong college from 1991 to 1995 in Gansu, taught in the former Department of Political Science and Law, Wuhan University of Hydraulic and Electric Engineering from 1998 to 2000, Since 2000 he has engaged in teaching and research in Civil and Commercial Law School of Wuhan University Law School.
