基本情况

刘静，女， 1985年生，湖北荆门人。2013年12月至今于2武汉大学法学院任教，2016年12月起任副教授。中国法学会环境资源法学研究会理事，国际自然保护同盟（IUCN）环境法委员会委员。2014年至2016年于荷兰伊拉姆斯鹿特丹大学从事博士后研究。2017年7月赴美国芝加哥大学法学院科斯-桑德尔法与经济学研究所访问学习。

2007年9月至2009年6月武汉大学法学院环境与资源保护法学专业，获硕士学位

2009年9月至2013年6月荷兰马斯特里赫特大学法学院，获博士学位
