Alumnus Wang Zhaohua was awarded "Chevalier de l'Ordre de la Légion d'Honneur" by the French Ambassador to China.

On November 7th, Mr. Yutang Bai, the French Ambassador to China, on behalf of the French government, conferred the Knight of the Order of Merit of the French State on Mr. Wang Zhaohua, a student of the 80th class of the Academy, a doctor of international law from Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, France, and the current Senior Vice President of Michelin Greater China, at the Villa Basset, the residence of the French Consul General in Shanghai. Alumni Profile of Wang Zhaohua

Wang Zhaohua, Doctor of Law. After graduating from the Department of Law at Wuhan University, he was publicly sent to study abroad in France, where he obtained a doctorate degree in international law from Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, France. Dr. Wang joined a law firm in Paris in 1992, passed the French bar examination and became a registered lawyer at the Paris Court of Appeal in 1995, and joined the Michelin Group in 1997, where he successively served as Senior Legal Counsel, Chief Legal Counsel, Director of Legal and Governmental Affairs of Michelin China, and is now Senior Vice President of Michelin Greater China.
