Male, born in April 1964, in Jiangling, Hubei Province. He graduated from Wuhan University Chinese Department and started working at Wuhan University in June 1986. From November 1993 to June 1996, he served as deputy secretary of the Chinese Department of Wuhan University. From June 1996 to October 2007, he served as deputy secretary and assistant dean of Wuhan University School of Law. From October 2007 to 2015 December, he served as the party secretary of Wuhan University Foreign Language and Literature School. From December 2015, he serves as Party Secretary and Research Fellow of Wuhan University School of Law.
