Prof. Feng Guo，PHD(WHU),  Dean and Professor of Law at Wuhan University Law school.,Vice chairman of China Economic Law Association, China Securities Law Association, Standing Councilor of China Commercial Law Association. His main research interests include company law , Securities law and commercial law. He has published more than 100 articles in Chinese journals, and is the author of the books: Comparative Research on the Modern Company Capital System, (Wuhan University Press),Theory and practice of financial law in the social change perspective (Beijing University Press),etc. He is an arbitrator of the China International Trade Arbitration Commission, the Wuhan Arbitration Commission, and was awarded with the prize of Excellent Teacher by Baoshan Iron and steel Education Fund .
