Yong PI, born in Tongcheng County, Hubei Province in 1974, CPC member. Currently a law professor and Ph.D. student supervisor at Wuhan University School of Law. Research expertise includes criminal law and cyber law. Serving as the vice president of the Chinese Criminological Society, the director of the Chinese Criminal Law Society, the director of the China Cyber Law Society, and the evaluation expert of China Postdoctoral Foundation.
