Male, born in October 1956, Beijing Changping,Honorary director of the Litigation System and Justice Reform Research Center of Wuhan University. Graduated from Hubei College of Finance (now Zhongnan University of Economics and Law) in 1982. In August to the Wuhan University law faculty. 1985 lecturer, 1993 associate professor, 1994 was selected as master tutor, 1999 professor. Incumbent the Law School of Wuhan University "Law Review" subeditor, doctoral tutor，member of Law school Professor Committee , one of the founders of Litigation doctoral of Wuhan University.
