Brief Biographical Detail

Ms. Luo is an associate professor and supervisor of graduate students, and she serves as the Executive Director of Chinese Association of Environment and Resources Law. She received her bachelors and masters degrees at Tsinghua University. She has been a faculty member of RIEL since 1987, during which she has engaged mainly in teaching and scientific research of environmental and resources law. She was a visiting scholar at Dalhousie University in 1998 and a visiting scholar at the University of Sydney in 1999.
