Since 1998, China Association of Private International Law edited and published Chinese Yearbook of Private International Law and Comparative Law based on human and financial resources of Wuhan University Institute of International Law, and Professor Han Depei was the chief editor. After 2000, it was co-hosted by China Association of Private International Law and Wuhan University Institute of International Law, it publishes 1 volume annually, and 11 volumes have been published so far. In 2005, the chief editor was replaced by Huang Jin, Xiao Yongping and Liu Renshan. So far, this journal is still the only Chinese professional journal on private international law and comparative law, and it was included in the CSSCI source journals in 2006. It has published a large number of high level academic papers and vigorously promoted the development of China private international law academic research and popularization, and enjoys a high academic reputation in the China law journals.
