Recently, Annual Report on Hubei Nomocracy (2019) was published by Law Press. This is the first time that Hubei Province has presented a panoramic view of the annual rule of law construction in the form of a white book. The Report was compiled by Prof. Qin Qianhong, with the participation of a team of experts from the Law School and the Committee for the Comprehensive Governance of Hubei by Law.

The Report consists of 350,000 words and is divided into three major parts: a general report, a thematic report and a case study. It presents the achievements of Hubei's work in governing the province by law in 2019, objectively summarizes the experience and shortcomings, and further clarifies the future work methods.
