On May 18, 2021, the awarding ceremony of the 2020 "Dehe Scholarship" and the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between Wuhan University Law School and Shanghai Dehehantong (Zhengzhou) Law Offices was held at the Law School. Director Zhang Hengtong, founder Guo Peidong, managing partner Sheng Gaoya, operations director Lu Wei and administrative director Yuan Xinying, Prof. Qin Qianhong, Deputy Party Secretary Xie Yawei and Hu Wei, Associate Dean Wu Yiwen, Director Liu Hui of the Office of Undergraduate Work, undergraduate counselor Yu Yi, graduate counselor Chen Panpan and the awarded students attended the ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Hu Wei.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Prof. Qin introduced the Scholarship, which was established by Shanghai Dehehantong (Zhengzhou) Law offices in 2020. The scholarship offers an annual award of RMB 10,000 each to three undergraduates and two postgraduate students of constitutional and administrative law with outstanding research ability.

Afterwards, Deputy Secretary Xie Yawei presented a donation certificate to Mr Guo. Mr. Guo presented the awards to the awarded students. Li Jingjing, a Grade 2017 undergraduate student, spoke on behalf of the awarded students. After that, Mr Guo and Vice Dean Wu signed the contract and unveiled the internship base.

At the end of the ceremony, Director Zhang delivered a speech. He expressed his respect to Wuhan University Law School, introduced the achievements of Shanghai Dehehantong Law Offices in recent years, and warmly welcomed outstanding students to join the Offices.
