Recently, the results of the 5th "Good Articles for Periodical Theme Propaganda", sponsored by the Publishing Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department and undertaken by the China Periodical Association, were announced, and the article "Antarctic Practice of the Concept of Community of Human Destiny: The Basis of International Law and the Value of the Times" by Prof. Li Xueping of the Institute of International Law was selected.

Prof. Li Xueping's article was published in the Wuhan University International Law Review. According to the article, the concept of the community of human destiny foreshadows the establishment of a new international order with a new height and scope. The principle of international law-making in the Antarctic region provides a distinctive international law path for the practice of the concept of community of human destiny.

The recommended activity of "good articles of journal theme propaganda" is one of the key promotion activities of national excellent publication propaganda, which aims to guide the majority of journals to adhere to the correct direction of journal operation. Two articles of our university were selected this year.
