On May 26, the finals of the 12th Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition for College Students of Hubei Province "Challenge Cup" came to an end in Wuhan Polytechnic University. The activity was sponsored by Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Provincial Association of Science and Technology, the Provincial Education Department and the Provincial Federation of Scholars. The competition has been successfully held for 12 sessions. It was the most influential event and praised as the "Olympic Games" of university students' science and technology innovation in Hubei Province.

"Research on Legal Guarantee Mechanism of Farmers' Access to Financial Services from the Perspective of Inclusive Finance - Field Investigation Based on More Than 1100 Questionnaires from 38 Institutions in 9 provinces"，written by Sun Zehang, directed and amended by Yuan Kang, won the first prize.

Following the theme of "revitalizing the countryside" and "winning the battle against eradicate poverty", the work focused on the legal guarantee mechanism of farmers' access to financial services and put forward eight specific policy suggestions, such as formulating a more inclusive market access system for rural financial institutions.

Since the "Self-improvement Cup" competition for college students' extracurricular academic and technological works was launched, our school has paid great attention to it, actively preparing for the competition and submitting many excellent works to our school.
