Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition was founded by the International Institute of Space Law (IISL) in 1992. The competition was recognized as one of the most professional and influential moot court competitions in the international community because there were three current justices of the International Court of Justice appearing in the court in person each year. After years of careful cultivation, the Manfred Lachs International Space Law Moot Court Competition has become one of the most influential legal English moot court competitions in China.
