Recently, Hubei Province announced the second election of Hubei cultural Famous Master. Mr. Li Long (Philosophy and Social Sciences), a senior professor of humanities and social sciences in our university, was selected as the "Jingchu Social Sciences celebrities".

Among the 29 people selected, 8 were in the field of philosophy and social sciences, 12 were in the field of art and cultural heritage protection, 6 were in the field of press and publishing, and 3 were in the cultural management and cultural science. 4 experts of Wuhan University was selected. The purpose of "Hubei Cultural Masters Project" was to support a number of famous philosophers in social sciences, press and publishing, radio, film and television, cultural arts and cultural heritage protection, cultural management and cultural science and technology. It also supported a number of people who majored in digital publishing, network technology, cultural creative planning, capital operation and management of cultural industries.
