On October 16, 2019, Hubei Law Society made investigation into our school. The Symposium was held in 325 conference room. Fu Dehui, the president of Hubei Law Society, Liu Taiping, the secretary of the party group, Wang long, the secretary general and directors of the other offices, Zhou Yezhong, the vice president of Wuhan University, sun Deyuan, the secretary of the Party committee of the school of law, Feng Guo, the dean of Law school, professor Qin Qianhong, professor Jiang Guohua, professor Ning Lizhi, professor Qi Tong, professor Zhang Rongfang, professor Xiong Wei, and associate professor Li An'an attended the meeting. The symposium was hosted by Feng Guo.

Before the meeting, Han Jin, the secretary of the party committee of our university, met with the leaders and guests of Hubei Law Society.

At the meeting, Liu Taiping first expressed his gratitude to the school of law of Wuhan University for its careful organization and thoughtful arrangement, and affirmed its important contribution to the cultivation of law talents. Later, Liu Taiping introduced the person in charge of Hubei Law Society, and briefly described the main points of the investigation.

Vice president Zhou Yezhong intrduced the basic situation of Wuhan University School of Law. He expressed his support for the work of Hubei Law Society. In addition, Prof. Zhou also made comments and suggestions on offering training courses and the construction of law talent tank.

Dean Feng Guo introduced the construction of the relevant research association and provided suggestions on the related work of the law society. Feng Guo pointed out that the support of Wuhan University School of Law for the construction of research association should keep pace with the times. It was important to further strengthen academic research, organizational construction and political guidance.

Xiong Wei, the president of the Finance and Tax Law Research Association of Hubei Law Society, Qin Qianhong, the president of the Local Legislation Research Association of Hubei Law Society, Zhang Rongfang, the president of the Social Law Research Association of Hubei Law Society, Ning Zhizhi, the president of the Competition Law Research Association of Hubei law society, and Li An, the secretary general of the Business Law Research Association of the provincial law society, respectively introduced the construction of the Research Association of related disciplines.

Liu Taiping pointed out that the experts and scholars present at the meeting have given enlightening talks on the work of Hubei Law Society. He made arrangements for the work of next phase of Hubei Law Society.

Finally, Fu Dehui made a concluding speech. He expressed his expectation for the further work of Wuhan University School of Law. Fu Dehui stressed that in order to strengthen the study of Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, we must strengthen the cultivation of talents, develop the quality of the staff, and strengthen the system construction of the Research Association.
