Professor Gao Shengping and Researcher Zhou Hanhua Delivered a lecture on " Weibo lecture of law"

On September 27 and 28, 2019, lecture 7 and lecture 8 of "Weibo lecture of law" were successively held. Professor Gao Shengping, the vice dean of Renmin University of China Law School, and Zhou Hanhua, the deputy director of Law Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, were invited to give lectures respectively.

On September 27, lawyer Gong Shunrong, the chief partner of Hubei Dewei JunShang law firm, professor Zhang Hong and professor Luo Kun of Wuhan University School of Law were invited to attend the seventh lecture as guests. Professor Feng Guo,the dean of Wuhan University School of Law, lawyer Chang Huixiao, a senior partner of Beijing Weibo law firm, Dr. Tang Yili, and more than 200 teachers and students attended the lecture.

Professor Gao Shengping gave a lecture on "the judicial practice of financial guarantee disputes: problems and prospects". He successively discussed the problems including the responsibility in the coexistence of human guarantee and real right security, relevant disputes on maximum mortgage, the effect of unregistered real estate mortgage contract.

In the discussion, lawyer Gong Shunrong pointed out some problems in the judicial judgment of financial guarantee disputes. Professor Zhang Hong put forward multiple views on financial guarantee disputes from a comparative perspective. Professor Luo Kun discussed the positioning and optimization of judicial organs in the judgment of financial guarantee disputes. Professor Gao Shengping also answered the questions raised by teachers and students at the scene.

On September 28, Professor Ma Changshan and Professor Zhang Wanhong were invited to attend the eighth lecture as guests. Professor Feng Guo, lawyer Chang Huixiao, Dr. Tang Yili, and more than 200 teachers and students attended the lecture.

Researcher Zhou Hanhua gave a lecture on "Internet era and law", pointing out that network security challenges and Internet weaponization may lead to the expansion of security risks. He added that the law person should shoulder the historical mission bravely in the world of Internet technology and ideology,

In the discussion, Professor Ma Changshan summed up the basic clues of the lecture. He pointed out that in the Internet world without emotion, it was difficult for ordinary people to integrate into the "re-centralization" process. Professor Zhang Wanhong analyzed the opportunities and challenges brought by the Internet era to the law, the rule of law and the law person based on the academic achievements and practical cases. Researcher Zhou Hanhua also answered questions such as the relationship between Constitution and artificial intelligence.
