Liu Zhengquan, male, Han nationality, native place in Huber. Doctor of law, professor of Law School of Wuhan University, study direction of Chinese legal history and the Chinese legal culture.
 

Job title in school: Member of CPC Committee in Law School of Wuhan University, Vice chairman of the trade union of Law School in Wuhan University, director of the Legal History Teaching and Research Session of Wuhan University, deputy director of JM Education Centre of Law School in Wuhan University, deputy director of the Legal Cultural Study Centre in Wuhan University.
