Xiang Yan

Professor at Law School of Wuhan University, Doctoral Supervisor


 

Personal Information

   Xiang Yan, female, born in 1971. She is the Deputy President of the Human Rights Research Institute of Wuhan University, and the Executive Director of the Experimental Teaching Center of Law School of Wuhan University. She works with the Center for Protection of the Rights of Disadvantaged Citizens (now is “Legal Aid Center”) since 1998. Since 2013 she has been the the Director of the Legal Aid Center of Wuhan University. She has been teaching the history of foreign legal systems and western legal thought, and also teaching within the law school’s legal clinic.
