In July   2019, participated in the International Symposium on "Criminal   Responsibility of AI Technology and Cybercrime: China and   Common Law Countries" at De Montfort University in the UK, and gave a talk about "Positive Obligation, Criminalization   and Risks of Cybercrime   faced by Chinese law".

2. In December   2018, gave a lecture at the University of Osnabrück in Germany on "The   Legitimacy of Preventive Turn of China's   Criminal Law for combating Cyber Terrorism and Its   Boundary".
