Male, born in 1965. He taught at Wuhan University when graduated in July 1990. Until May 1999, he served as deputy secretary of party committee and vice director of office. He has taught at teaching and research office of civil and commercial law of Wuhan University Law School since May 1999. He was promoted to associate professor in December 2002.
