Lin LiHong


Basic Informations

Professor Lin Lihong, female, born in Sheyang, Jiangsu Province in May 1964. From 1981 to 1988, she studied at Wuhan University School of Law and obtained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in law. In June 2000, she obtained a doctorate in law. Since 1988, she has taught at Wuhan University School of Law. She has served as a lecturer (1991), associate professor (1993), professor (2001), and doctoral tutor (2002). She has been a visiting scholar at the City University of Hong Kong School of Law, Columbia University School of Law, Hungarian Central European University, the University of Hong Kong School of Law, and the Central Research Institute of Taiwan.

Prof.Lin has successively published several books, including Administrative   Litigation Law, Current Theories on Administrative Litigation Law, Research on the Theory and Practice of Chinese Administrative Remedy, Study on Law of Social Relief, etc. And she has published more than 90 papers on journals like China Legal Science, Chinese Journal of Law, Peking University Law Journal, Journal of Comparative Law, Legal Review, Law and Social Development, Administrative Law Review, Procedural Law Review, Global Law Review, Study & Exploration and so on. In the remaining articles, 16 papers were reprinted by Copy Edition of the Materials from Periodicals for Reference of Renmin University of China, and many papers were reprinted or excerpted by other books such as Xinhua Digest.
