Liu Jing

Liu Jing is an associate professor of law and Dr. iur. She is a member of commission of the Chinese Association of Environment and Resources Law, a member of commision of the Environmental Law of IUCN, and an editor of Chinese Journal of Environmental. She obtained her bachelor of law and master of environmental law in law school, Wuhan University in 2003 and 2007. She got the doctoral degree in law in Maastricht University, the Netherlands in 2013 and conducted postdoctoral research in Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands from 2014 till 2016. Her research focuses on environmental law and policy, comparative environmental law, as well as law and economics. She has published two monographs in high quality international academic publishers and more than 20 papers in peer review journals, such as: Environmental Governance of Common-Pool Resources: A Comparison of Fishery and Forestry (Routledge)、A Comparative Analysis of Fishing Rights from a Transaction Cost Perspective (SSCI)、Risk-sharing Agreements to Cover Environmental Damage: Theory and Practice (SSCI)、 Prevention and Remediation: Liability and Financial Security Mechanisms of Soil Pollution in the Netherlands.
