Basic Information
Male, Han nationality, born in 1961, Macheng, Hubei province. He engaged in teaching and research work of international public law, law of international organizations, and world trade organization law at the Wuhan University Institute of International Law. Several masters, doctors and post-doctors were guided by him; researches on law of international organizations, law of peaceful settlement of disputes, the united national law and international trade law and so on have their originality which has filled the blank of domestic legal research.
1990-1992, as a visiting scholar at Asia Law Research Institute of Melbourne University Law School.
February 1999-August 1999, as a visiting scholar at Max Planck Comparative Law and International Public Law Research Institute, Heidelberg.
June 2001-December 2001, as a Scholar of International Organization Research Project at Advanced Graduate School of International Issues of University of Geneva.
