Dr. Palmer Prince Dagadu is a legal academic with a comprehensive background in international law, commercial law, and education in accounting and business management. He began his academic journey at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, where he earned a Bachelor of Education in Accounting and Business Management in 2015. Demonstrating a keen interest in legal studies, Dr. Dagadu furthered his education at Xiamen University, China, obtaining a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law and a Ph.D. in International Law in 2018 and 2023 respectfully.
Dr. Dagadu's professional and academic endeavors span across several continents and prestigious institutions. He is an alumnus of the Hague Academy of International Law, Netherlands, the Xiamen Academy of International Law, China, and the United Nations Graduate Study Program in Geneva, Switzerland. His roles varied from serving as a Doctoral Research Scholar at the Hague Academy of International Law to being a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European, and Regulatory Procedural Law and a member of the Refugee Law Initiative.
Currently, Dr. Dagadu is contributing to the academic community as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Research Institute of Environmental Law, School of Law, Wuhan University. His current research revolves around climate change, refugees and human rights protection. He has also imparted his legal expertise as a Foreign Legal Consultant at Anjie Broad Law Firm, China, and is actively involved as a Legal Associate at McDave Law Consult, Ghana.
