Wuhan university was approved to access to “211 Project” in 1996, the “International Law and Comparative Law” in school of law was put into this project. In order to meet the construction of key discipline of 211 Project in school of law, Luojia Legal Forum was officially put into publishing through multi-faceted negotiations in June 2000.
