According to Prof. Feng Guo, the editor-in-chief of the report and Dean of Wuhan University School of Law, the report focuses on the achievements, innovations and development trends in the process of promoting the legal governance of national health, which is a legal perspective to observe the implementation status of health actions in China.
This report attempts to summarize the experiences in the field of China Health Nomocracy. It is divided into six chapters with more than 430,000 words. For the first time, the "Health Nomocracy Index" draws on text mining and the PMC index model to construct an evaluation index system from nine dimensions, which is used to analyze the effectiveness and shortcomings of health nomocracy in various regions and put forward improvement paths.
