On November 11, 2020, Ms. Danae Dholakia, Minister Counsellor of the British Embassy in Beijing, visited our university, and Prof. Zhang Wanhong participated in the seminar. During the seminar, Prof. Zhang introduced the historical development and achievements of our jurisprudence and human rights disciplines, especially the work in legislating and writing relevant important documents for the protection of specific groups. Ms. Danae Dholakia expressed her admiration for the research achievements presented by Prof. Zhang, and was willing to provide the necessary support and assistance to facilitate more cooperation between relevant research institutions in the UK and our university.

Li Xiaoshu, Director of WHU Office of International Affairs, and Luo Anna, Deputy Director, attended the seminar. Zhou Zhou, Deputy Director of the Europe and Africa Department of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee, accompanied the seminar.
